- Post all new promotions for both US and Canada for every OEM on a monthly basis.
- Update homepage slider banners for all live websites with new promotion graphics.
- Create vehicle inventory for all non-integrated products into the global inventory library each year and
ongoing as needed.
- Add vehicle descriptions for thousands of individual vehicle pages.
- Work closely with leadership to maintain launch plan and timeline.
- Ongoing, clear communication with web developers, graphic designers, and other website coordinators on the progress of
each new website.
- Document all client requests through the Basecamp project management system and/or in Salesforce CRM.
- Quality Control website content both before and after launch using department pre-launch checklist.
- Ensure that clients are properly invoiced, and monthly charges are set up in a timely manner and accurately
(based on the Digital Marketing package and any website add-on features).
- Confirm all DMS and 3rd Party integrations/feeds are completed accurately.
- Assist in completing the standard pre-launch check-list prior to the launch of all new websites.
- Perform ongoing audits and updates of websites as needed and as defined by department manager.
- Any other duties as needed.
Skills Required:
- Be able to demonstrate an extreme attention to detail.
- Have a working understanding of basic website best practices, such as basic SEO and HTML would be a plus.
- Have clear and thorough written communication and account documentation every day.
- Not be afraid to speak to clients on the phone and through screen share about their website.
- Have proven ability to troubleshoot client issues and find creative solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.
- Have exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution, client-centered thinking, and the ability
to respond to client requests quickly and accurately.
- Be able to work confidently in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Have experience with in Salesforce.com (helpful, but not a requirement)

way to remain successful.
