Two-time Inc. 5000 award winning company and Google Certified Partner PSM Marketing is looking for high performing Website Coordinator to assist in the deployment and ongoing support of our clients websites. Marketing experience is preferred but not required, but a positive attitude and desire to learn are pre-requisites.

As a Website Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for PSM's website clients. Coordinators must earn and maintain a trusted advisor role when communicating with clients and ensure ongoing communication of the value they're receiving from PSM’s digital marketing products.

Website Coordinators work with multiple clients, so the ability to work well with many ‘plates in the air’ with exceptional attention to detail, and a proven record of ongoing communication is a must. This role is a heavy customer support role with exceptional communication skills required, both written and verbal. Looking for an individual with a proven work record and good tenure at previous jobs. Applicants with several jobs in the past two years won't be a good fit with our culture.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (eastern) 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Commensurate on experience 
Job Description:
     - Post all new promotions for both US and Canada for every OEM on a monthly basis.
     - Update homepage slider banners for all live websites with new promotion graphics.
     - Create vehicle inventory for all non-integrated products into the global inventory library each year and 
       ongoing as needed.
     - Add vehicle descriptions for thousands of individual vehicle pages.
    - Work closely with leadership to maintain launch plan and timeline.
    - Ongoing, clear communication with web developers, graphic designers, and other website coordinators on the progress of 
       each new website.
    - Document all client requests through the Basecamp project management system and/or in Salesforce CRM.
    - Quality Control website content both before and after launch using department pre-launch checklist.
    - Ensure that clients are properly invoiced, and monthly charges are set up in a timely manner and accurately 
       (based on the Digital Marketing package and any website add-on features).
    - Confirm all DMS and 3rd Party integrations/feeds are completed accurately.
    - Assist in completing the standard pre-launch check-list prior to the launch of all new websites.
    - Perform ongoing audits and updates of websites as needed and as defined by department manager.
    - Any other duties as needed.

Skills Required:
    - Be able to demonstrate an extreme attention to detail.
    - Have a working understanding of basic website best practices, such as basic SEO and HTML would be a plus.
    - Have clear and thorough written communication and account documentation every day.
    - Not be afraid to speak to clients on the phone and through screen share about their website.
    - Have proven ability to troubleshoot client issues and find creative solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.
    - Have exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution, client-centered thinking, and the ability 
       to respond to client requests quickly and accurately.
    - Be able to work confidently in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    - Have experience with in Salesforce.com (helpful, but not a requirement)
    - Positive attitude – this is a dynamic environment that often changes very quickly, staying positive is the best 
       way to remain successful.
